My computer crashed. When re loaded Line 50 V5, everything seemed fine all date restored but when it came to printing an invoice problem occured.
The template I had saved had not been restored from my flopy & every time I go into report designer to try & amend I get message REPDES16 caused a general protection fault in module SGREP16DLL at 00E4:0853
Any help appreciated.

V5 is VERY old.
What operating system are you running?
Has the report desinger been working on this operating system in the past?

I guess something might have happened during the install.
First thought though would be to check you have at least one printer installed.
I guess un-installing and reinstalling would be the next step.
Can you give more details on what led you to reinstall Sage V5?
