In the Product Record:

....If you enter a Sales Price that is less than the Cost Price on the product record, a warning message will appear. You will still be able to save the product record details as they are....

I have a customer who has ticked the box which says 'Do not show this message again' He now wants to re-instate the message. Can anyone tell me how to do this please.

I cant find it in the UI...

But this is the back door method

Locate the file Sage.ini in the windows or winnt directory
open it with notepad
locate the line containing SALES_PRICE_MESSAGE=1
change the 1 to a 0
save the file
