This may be of help to you. I have just been on the moneysavingexpert.com website and they have advised a way of Sage Line50 users to radically reducing the costs of mailing invoices and statments with a piece of softwarecalled PDQit4Sage. The website is

The software allows you to mail directly from Sage Line50 by clicking print (or generate reports) , your invoices are then sent to PDQit for printing and fulfilment and they then deliver it for you! It is a lot cheaper than doing it in house and using stamps etc.
Basically you register, someone from PDQit will call you to gather a little more inforation, then they send yout he download link.
I have started using this and it is a god send, I think I will save easily 40 % on my mailing costs this year, oh and its free to download!!!

You can save even more money by sending everything as emails.
