I give IT support to our accountants and they have been experiencing a problem that I am unable to solve.
whenever they try to do a bank transfer, and enter a date higher than 12 other than the current date (say, 13/01/2007) they get an error message saying that they have entered an invalid date. I tried switching the date and month entries (so that it reads 01/13/2007) but this didnt work either.
I have been trying to solve the problem for a month now but am still unable to do so (well, i have very little experience with the software). We use Line 50 v. 6.01.
how do i resolve this.

I think this is a Windows problem.
The PC has not been properly configured and thinks it is in America.
Use regional Settings to tell it that it is in the UK and all should be well.
