pc crash

Can anyone help my pc crashed today whilst i was in the middle of an assignment everything started ok but when i try to log into my sage it comes up with username in use can not conect me at this time ive checked my task manager it show nothing running can anybody help please

Apply all patches and fixes to your version of sage.

If that fails

Delete the queue.dta file in you sage data directory. (back up first)
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
