report designer error

hi,

i am currently using Sage Line 50 financial controller v13.02.17.01 26.

when trying to send a purchase order by email we keep getting a report designer error saying:

Report Designer was unable to generate the report:

DEVMODE is NULL

Check the printer is installed properly.

the trouble is i am emailing not printing.

this has worked fine for months but this just starting happening today.

i haven't changed any settings.

please help

Have you got a default printer installed and is it a real printer?
