I am trying to send sage invoice to customer using outlook but its getting fail.

There are a lot of things that could be causing issues.
First go to help and about in Sage and see what is says against Microsoft Office, this is in the third column about 4th from the bottom, and post the value here.

Sage does not seem to recognise that you have office installed.
I suspect that Office was installed after Sage50
Try uninstalling Sage 50 then reinstalling it, on reinstall it should detect office and configure itself properly.
Note: for fullest integration, you need to be using the 32 bit version of office not the 64bit version. If you are using the 64 bit version, you may decide to uninstall office and sage, and then reinstall the 32 bit version of office before sage.

I have checked on other computer having same setting but working fine.

If sage is not seeing office then email, might work, but you will have issues with other things, best to correct the installation by doing as I suggested.
If you really want to try all the diagnostics without doing my suggestion, the next thing to do is to check that email is properly configured.
Right click on something in windows explorer and choose "Send to" then "Mail recipient".

Only for Versions 25 and up is it compatible, version 2015 is V21 so not supported.

We are on version 25 only.

Is this happening for all emails, just invoices, just this customer, both or something else?

It is happening for all customers, all invoices.
I have check other pc which is working fine have same version for sage and outlook.
