I want to extract data for special pricing for products.
Which table is use to store that?

There are 2 tables.

PRICE and PRICELIST the join between them is PRICING_REF, sometimes you can get away with just the PRICE table, depending on what you are doing.

The Field TYPE tells you the type of pricelist
"S" Special
"P" Customer
"U" Supplier
