I was wondering if anybody knows which tax code to use for court fees. I've read that VAT is not chargable on court fees but am unsure whether to use the tax code T2 or if I should be using something else.
Your help is appreciated.

This is a cop out really, but your best bet would be to visit the HM Custom site at http://customs.hmrc.gov.uk/
Where you can find all that sort of information or if you can't find it they will tell you the answer if you ask them - they are quite human really!!

There is no VAT so it is T2
The alternative would be to charge VAT at 0% in which case it is T0.
