Hi
Please can you let me know if the following are common problems and easy to solve....
when I try to do a back up it tells me I cant and I must remember to close my back up device when I've finished
when I do a bank rec, on reconciliation, it says an error has occured and my reconcillation wont be saved and I must restart line 50. When you go back into it, if i select discard saved, it has reconciled the bank transactions after all!
From the 'save as' icon on the reports preview, I used to be able to save as a PDF document. The PDF option has dissappeared!!
All of this has occured since I installed Sage Payroll onto the same computer...

Install the latest updates and it should be fine.
