Help please. I'm attempting to build a simple report (2014 v) but am falling at the final hurdle. I'm going into Reports, my Customer Reports, New, populating the fields etc but when I click on finish I can't find the report. I've only been using Sage a few months and while I have figured everything else out that I need to do, this has got me stumped. I know there's a simple answer but it's eluding me today.
All I am after is Customer Name, Monthly Invoice Totals and Monthly Invoices Paid - just so we can see the monetary value a customer has spent and how much has been paid per month. All help gratefully received and appreciated.

Look in the "My Customer Reports" group.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming

I have looked there - there's nothing there and all I have is the New icon highlighted - everything else is greyed out. I assume I don't have the correct permissions for anything else?

open the report designer, there you can access previously saved reports. I expect you saved it somewhere else when you did it.
Once you know the path, you can move it to the correct location.
