Trouble exporting statements

Post by hellsbells » 16 Mar 2017, 10:53

Hi,

I have Sage 50 and ive never had an issue exporting statements to my outlook email drafts. However this morning its saying that it doesnt recognise the email addresses (the customers) and wont export. I am able to export invoices so not a PDF issue.

Thanks in advance.

No, no changes to outlook but a lot of emails within this folder/email address. Possibly due to memory size?

no there are several accounts linked to our outlook, its saying 'cannot create file: statement from x.pdf. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and click properties in the shortcut menu to check permissions for the folder.' when trying to open the PDF.

I think you could have a damaged operating system, with the incorrect permissions applied to parts of the disk where temporary files are being created by outlook.

Here is a link to some information on the Microsoft website covering most versions of outlook
