hi,
i am setting up sage for the charity i work for, we have various funders. what i need to know is Which nominal code should i be using for each project...
every project is funded from different sources. I am not sure how to list them..

I assume you have switched on the charities setting and are using funds for the different projects anyway.
Nominal code are used for analysis of assets, liabilities, expenditure and income.
If you have several similar project with overlapping activities you may well use the same nominal codes for several of them, on the other hand you might not.
It all comes down to what information the trustees of the charity will want out of the accounts later on. It is not the sort of question that can be answered without a lot more detailed knowledge of the nature of the organisation, it's goals. aspirations and the needs of the management team.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming
