Certain Product Descriptions not Printing

Hi there,

certain products, classified as service products are no longer printing on our invoices. Please can anyone point me in the right direction?

Service products do not use description they use TEXT a large free text memo field.

If you want a product that you do not track stock on, use the non stock option.

Labour for example would be a non stock product and have a short description. An installation service would have paragraphs of text describing what was done.

The standard layouts have multiple sections to allow for printing the TEXT field when service items are used.
