Citrix Isue

Post by antonyb » 23 Oct 2015, 09:02

We are running Citrix Xendesktop under Server 2012R2 (equivalent to Windows 8) with files and data path on the server.

Sage 2013, patched to latest.

Also Windows 7, with files and data path on server.

Access files via Citrix and the statement shows "Goods / Services" regardless of changing it in customer defaults.

Access files via Windows 7 and the statement shows "Invoice" which is our customer default.

Has anyone any idea why this is happening?

The report is the same, use data path is ticked in company preferences, reports, the version of Sage is the same.

The text is set in Settings>Customer Defaults>Statements

Can you check there and see if it is different on each install.

Probably worth checking also that they are looking at the same datapath and that the ACCDATA folder does not contain another ACCDATA folder within it.

Did you use the citrix config utility when you set it up?
