I downloaded the letter and copied it to the letters folder and as my magic it popped up in the letters section, so I ran it and it worked exactly as the other letters used to do.

If I cut the letters out to a different folder then re-pasted them back in they still only show the standard letters plus your letter?

If you save the a standard letter as remind3c and it shows up in Sage

When you go to the Letters folder in explorer do you see the file remind3c.letter

I think you may have used the wrong key code in your re-installation.

I suspect you had upgraded to Pro from Accounts and got a new keycode.

I think when you reinstalled you used the old "Accounts" keycode not the new "Pro" key code and so you don't have various bits of the program available to you.

If you Ring Sage Customer Services and give them your serial number, they should be able to give you the correct keycode over the phone.

Don't ring the support number ring (0191) 294 3000 ask for customer services, then ask them for your key code.

If they don't help give me a ring and I will get it for you.

Are you somewhere near Kineton? My Mum lived next to the little green triangle by the swan hotel !

I will try to ring them this afternoon, not too far away, one of the smaller villages, above sunrising hill.

I remember going to a battle re-enactment on a hill round there. My Mum moved out about 20 years ago, so it was a while ago to say the least.

Hello again

I rang the number and they gave me a new activation code and that was it. All the letters returned, they said the letters were new and only available with the new activation key, as our key was originally from 2007!

So thank you for all your help.

Regards

Stephen
