Modifying a report - column not found

Post by peterjoseph » 26 Feb 2015, 13:30

I'm trying to do something very simple but struggling. In "Report Browser"/ Product Profit Reports/ Product Profit report breakdown, I simply want to modify it to add our customers name, in addition to the account reference which already exists in the standard report. Thought I would do this under "Data/ Joins" by joining account ref in nominal to Customer address line one in the sales ledger (Which I added to links). Doesn't work !! Very frustrating. Returns message "Column not found".

Can you attach your report to a post and I will take a look for you.

You claim to be using V6 or earlier, is that correct?
