Departmental P&L

Post by Janice_xxx » 22 May 2014, 12:02

How can I run this report for a selection of departments that are not consecutively numbered eg departments 2, 4 and 6 (so missing out 1, 3, and 5)?

There is no option to enter criteria that does not fall within a 'range', for example selecting dept numbers from a dropdown list, and when I try to separate them with a comma, as soon as I hit OK to run the report, it loses the commas and defaults to dept 246.

I suggest taking a copy of the existing report and altering it to use a filter.
