Sending pdf invoices

I want to send big batches of pdf invoices from my Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2012. At the moment I can only seem to send one at a time with me having to type in the e-mail address every time. (When I sent invoices previously - not as pdfs - they seemed to pick up the e-mail saved in the customer record and ping them right to my inbox for me to send. (Actually still a bit of a hassle but not qute as pain staking) Please help - again! :?:

Thanks - I got as far as opening the report designer but I can't find "Tools" to get on to the next bit. Any ideas? Thanks

Tools is a "word" menu item on the top of the screen in the report designer.
