I am wondering is it possible to have the project reference listed on to the detailed aged debt report?

No there is no way you can do this, even trying to create a join does not work as behind the scenes the 2 sets of data are un-compatible.

Your best bet is to contact Sage Report Design team to see if they can make you a report from scratch, as editing or trying to join 2 existing reports together is impossible

Im not sure i worded the question correctly,
im not trying to join 2 reports.
i just want a project reference column within the detailed aged debt report im not sure if this changes anything or still impossible?

I think I have done the impossible...

I think you want something like this?

You have to use Parent joins when linking the project transactions as some transactions will not have projects associated with them. Then link from project transactions to projects.
