PNL Report

I have had an unusual problem arise in the PNL report. Briefly, without any knowing intervention from myself, the Gross Profit line has disappeared. I have looked at the report in the Report Designer and it appears to be there. I am no expert on designing reports, finding it all very un-intuitive. If anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful to receive them. Thank-you.
