I wonder if anyone can help? We operate 3 computers on a network here and I've successfully managed to start quick emailing invoices on my computer. However, I've been unable to do the same on our other two machine even though I've gone through the same process and double/treble checked all the settings are the same.
when I click on the quick email tab I get the message 'the report file cannot be found'.
Can anyone point me in the right direction....it's so frustrating!

What do you mean by Quick emailing, V2008 14 does not have one click email?
Can you give full version numbers of your Sage 50 eg 14.xx.xxxx and the Report Designer eg 1.x.xxxx.xx
If you manually print the report can you see the layout.
