GDN reprint

Post by jimbell » 26 May 2012, 08:27

Hi - first time to use you!

I am running Sage 50 Accounts Pro 2012
I am trying to re-print a delivery note on a completed order
If I go to the actual SOP it says no info - I assume because it is complete
If I go to the completed SOP & tab Despatched I can click on Print GDN
This gives me a really basic report layout that is presumably pre-assigned
I would like to modify this to show our Logo etc
I have found it in the file structure but when I modify it wants me to save under a different name
THen when I click on Print GDN - it still takes me to the original template

Is it possible to re-assign to the modified template

Thanks for any advice offered!
Jim

Save it with a different file name and then in windows rename the files so your just saved file has the same name as the original file.

Keep a copy though as Sage may overwrite this with their revises original at a later date during an update.
