Using sage for testing - seperate from server

Post by Tjobbe » 24 May 2006, 08:23

I'm building an online shop and will be linking it to sage line 50 and for testing reasons need to do this on a completely seperate pc away from the server, so I copied the line50 data to my pc but im getting a few errors when opening sage.

After logging in, I get the following:

Will this prevent me from testing properly?

It could well do.

I suggest you install line 50 on the new machine make sure it works with a blank data set and then restore your data into it using the line 50 backup restore procedures.
