Creating a P&L Report
Hi! I am trying to personalize the Transactional P&L Report with my company name and make it easier to see what the date period and department is. I have successfully changed the nominal code analysis report but the financial reports won't let me make these changes. I have tried to create my own P&L report with difficulty - I can't seem to find the right criteria which lets me enter onto the report the chart of accounts (I assume this will give me the correct layout for a P&L???). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

That report has a custom set of file associations and CAN NOT be changed.
Well that is the official line...
If you have access to a hex editor, you can "hack" the layouts to make them editable. I have had a go and it appears to work even put my logo on it.
The hack is to change the fifth Byte to 06 from 0E
If you don't have access to a hex editor, I could hack a layout for you and email it.
Contact me via the feedback for if you want this, Let me know what version of Line 50 you are running and I will use the right file, just in case there is some difference between versions.
