POP on Sage Line50

I use Sage Line50 and have a problem about POP.

When I issue new 3 Purchase orders, it will not display in Purchasing Order Processing window until I issue P.O.#4, P.O.#1 will show on purchasing order processing window. This matter made me can't correct P.O. and update P.O. to G/L until I issue the next 3 P.O. , but if I want to print P.O. report , it shows the correctly update P.O. number.

Would you please suggest how to fix this problem.

Have you re-indexed and compressed the files ?
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
