Restore problems when setting up new Windows 10 computer

Hi Bruce
Hopefully you will be able to help me as you have been of GREAT assistance when I have had problems before.
My Windows 7 computer was giving me a lot of heartache so I bought a new laptop but it has Windows 10 installed. I have now reinstalled my Sage 50 Accounts 2009 - which by the way still works perfectly - onto the new machine and attempted to restore my most recent backup when offered the 3 options of New Company etc.
It is giving me the following error
"Incorrect filename or location specified, please select OK and check the details entered."
The backup file is called SageBack.001 and is recognised by the OS as being that type of file.
I have tried installing from the USB memory stick and also downloaded it to "documents" on the computer and finally into the Accounts folder which is where backups are saved as a default location.
Any ideas sir?
Once again, thanks in advance
