Missing transaction

Hi there,

One of my customers accounts is showing an invoice that is not listed under transactions when I do a search. I have even looked up audit trail for the date range and its not there. I cant see the invoice having been deleted anywhere and its still showing up on the customer account. Any ideas ?

There are a couple of thoughts.


1/ Is the data corrupt and has errrors? Run File>Maintenance>Check Data if there are errors, they need fixing first, Sage will do this as part of your subscription, if not, I can do repairs.

2/ Is there a broken index? Run File>Maintenance>Reindex and when that completes run the compression.

Before doing either of the above, backup your data.
