We are running on V21 Sage 50
If we put a late payer on hold & still have goods to ship to them, when despatching a series of orders to a range of customers sometimes we can by accident despatch goods to the customer on hold.
The system lets us do this
When we despatch we dont normally open the SOP, we just click despatch order icon, then click no to issue delivery note only
We dont issue invoice at this time, we do that later in the week once double checked
Is there any way to make it so it is not possible to print the delivery note?
Then despatch person cannot do this in error
Any help appreciated

Re: Despatching goods when on hold
You could sticks a big "ON HOLD" on the layout and using conditional formatting, based on the account status, suppress it from printing if the account status is good.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
