Sage drive - memos blank

We are having problems with two laptops on sage drive. They are synced to the main base as everything else shows and updates. But every few days they both show nothing in the notes for suppliers where the main base and those on SAGE via internal network all show the notes.
When I wipe them and reconnect to sage drive they show again, then in a few days the problem reappears.
Any ideas?
