2. if I have petrol bill can I put in all the bill together on to sage,even if it is filled in another gas station

If you have multiple un related question, it helps if you make separate posts for each.
Backing up to USB is Easy.
Do the same steps as for an ordinary backup, only select the path to the USB drive.
