Report correct in Designer but not in Sage

Post by 600720544 » 28 Mar 2017, 10:48

Using Sage Accounts 50 18.1.0.31, report designer 1.3.2011.30 on Win 10 64 bit.

I'm running the bank report "List of sales receipts & Bank receipts by Bank" report from Sage, I get two criteria's "Transaction Date" and "Transaction No" but this only gives me data from the first account. However, if I go into edit and run the same report from the report designer I also get the criteria "Bank Ref" where I can select the bank account(s) and give me the requested account(s).

I have edited and saved the report but still no option for the account and in sage I only get the first account. I've tried changing the criteria settings between enable, disable and preset which work as i'd expect in designer but not when run from sage.
Any advice appreciated.

If you run it without having a Bank account highlighted (selected) on the bank screen then it should prompt you.

Sage uses the the selected items as criteria for reports. If you have them then it wont offer them.
