Customer Addresses on Sales Order Goods Despatch Notes

Post by cupdecha » 03 Aug 2016, 13:16

Hullo,

I have noticed a problem I can't fix.

When I create a sales order in SAGE v19 (2013) I often use a generic customer record: "Casual" for example. This Customer record is used for all one off sales. I therefore enter the name and address onto the sales order each time it is raised, and it will be different every time.

Then, however, when I raise the Despatch note, it displays the address from the Customer Record, not from the Sales Order I am raising it for...

Anyone know if this is a bug in my program, or if there is a way to fix it so the despatch note uses the address entered on the SO and not the one on the "Casual" customer record?

Cheers
Mark
