How can I get the breakdown of balance sheet figures?

Print the TB, or the nominal histories for each account.

The newer versions of Sage 50 have drillable reports.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.

They should have come with your CD / Intall package if your version has them.

the version which i have does not have drillable balance sheet, please can u give report file.

The drillable reports DO NOT work with your version,but you are welcome to try for yourself, here is the TB
