Currency Convertion Rate

Post by KWatkins » 19 Mar 2007, 09:04

Hiya, Can anyone help please. I have set the convertion rate from pounds to euros the wrong way round. My base currency is Euros so all other postings in Pounds or Dollars show as completely incorrect Euro amounts as the conversion rate I have entered is wrong! I have tried to change the rate for each posting but the currency box is greyed out so I cant. Is there anyway I can change the rate that will blanket change all my postings?

Any help will be hugely appreciated.

There is no "easy" way to fix this at a transaction level, however, if you correct the conversion rate, and run the Foreign Bank Revaluation wizard this will create a profit and loss on exchange figure which will get resolved as the transactions work their way out of the system.
