Can you check that both installs have the same SBDDesktop version and the Same outlook version.

Only for Versions 25 and up is it compatible, version 2015 is V21 so not supported.

There are a lot of things that could be causing issues.

First go to help and about in Sage and see what is says against Microsoft Office, this is in the third column about 4th from the bottom, and post the value here.
