C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts\2013\Company.000\Letters When I open Sage, it only shows the standard letters, other letters which are in this folder are all the chase letters, which I am trying to use. I chose the address letter and re-saved it with a different name and that does show. If for example ...

I have double clicked one of the files (explore) they open but if I then save the file it still does not show up in Sage?

I did a full backup, I can see the letters in the letters folder, but the only ones' visible in Sage are the standard ones, not all the extra ones' I have created over the years

where are my letters?
Hello
We have just installed Sage 50 accounts on to a win 8.1 pc and restored the last backup on to the pc, all the other layouts are showing except my letters.
They are on the pc, but not showing in the letters option.
Any help greatly appreciated.
