Yes, after I sent my last message I found the product default option and changed it to zero, however when I choose print preview for the invoice it still shows the decimal places.

Thanks for that. Do you know how I can change quantity to have no decimal places?

don't Sage have a non vat invoice?

Hello all

I have a client which is a care home, however they are not vat registered and to be honest none of the invoice layouts meet their needs. The residents have been setup as non stock products and are charged on a calendar month and not vat.

any advice greatly appreciated.

I currently use a 1 user version, I log on as manager. I will be getting an assistant to take care of suppliers etc. can I set them up as user 1 and I continue to log on as manager.

We will use the same machine, she works when I am not there?

Is the only difference between 2012 and 2015 reports and layouts the margins? why did they change them?

Can you tell me what the margins were on the 2012 version? I am thinking if I change the 2015 margins to the 2012 margins, it might work, also what about getting the reports from 2012 and copying those into the 2015 version?

Hi again I don't think they will want to get a new printer, as the printer is the office one which is on a lease and the little canon inkjet I have on my desk I use to print labels, but even on that it is missing off characters. If the current report is stating margins of l 5.08 r 5.08 t12.7 b25.4, ...

on the screen and pdf they look ok, the a/c number and older column are very close to the edges, but when you print it seems to miss off a character or two at each end of the paper.
