Hi
If you go into customers, reports, aged debtors, it is called "aged debtors analysis contacts" CSTAGEC
I have tried printing it on two printers and it does the same thing, the printer is set to A4

Re: where are my letters?
Hello again
I rang the number and they gave me a new activation code and that was it. All the letters returned, they said the letters were new and only available with the new activation key, as our key was originally from 2007!
So thank you for all your help.
Regards

Re: where are my letters?
I downloaded the letter and copied it to the letters folder and as my magic it popped up in the letters section, so I ran it and it worked exactly as the other letters used to do.

Re: where are my letters?
If I choose one of the standard letters(remind3c) and try to re-save it as sbremind3, it shows in the letters option. If I go via explorer to the folder and double click chase1.letter, it opens in report designer and if I resave that, it does not show up in the letters section in Sage.
