Hi

I have compressed all data.

I have replaced the files which I removed before.

This affecting all repots, layouts modules and users (we only have the one user)

Software antivirus is up to date and performed PC check no virus.

Still no luck with this any other ideas.

I am using Version 7 I checked the reports folder and found two files Errors.rpt & Warning.rpt I removed these files.

This has made no difference I am still experiencing the same problem.

When you ask me to reindexed and compressed what are you asking me to do with ...

Not Responding - after printing reports

Hi

I have developed a problem when I am printing statements and reports from customers.

When I print any type of report from statements to aged activity listing in Reports once report has printed and I click out of the application the application hangs and the Sage becomes Not Responding

I have restored my data no probs.

I now have an issue with making a backup it won't let me save my backup i get a message.
