Hi,

I'd already tried that - there was no "Queue.dta" file in the AccData!!

I did eventually find a link to updates issued by Sage which I downloaded & installed which have fixed the problem...hopefully for good!! :)
I love the irony that they can call me & email me trying to sell me new software ...

Power Cut - Can't get into Line 50

We had a power cut yesterday & Line 50 was running at the time. Now, when I try to lauch Line 50, I get the following message & can't access it:

"Username is already recorded as logged in on another computer.

To log in with this username you must first ensure that the active session is closed ...
