Hi Sarah
Think you are missing the Chart of Accounts (COA).
When you add new Nom Codes you need to make sure they are part of the story in COA. Go to Nominal>COA>edit>Check. This will bring up a list of Nom Codes not included in the COA.

Get a new accountant!
Hi Tiggy Have you got any year-end journals from the accountant? If so do these and run year-end (simple to do - make sure you do two backups before tackling). Some accountants in my experience don't understand Sage and don't want to. It is a management tool for you and a financial package for the a...

Search applied
Hi Emily Sounds like you have a search applied on Customers on that pc. Take a look at the top right and you should see a little magnifying glass - try clicking it - your Customers should come back. Clicking the magnifying glass toggles the search on and off. Hope that helps Richard accountsdoctor

Sage layout probs
Hi All sounds like a report layout issue. You need to get into the Report Designer and ensure that the lines are long enough. This may be straight forward or in my experience cause a few headaches - but all is possible. If you have SageCover use that - probably needs a dia-in to see what is going on...

Practice Accounts
Hi Newbie
To initially log in the other user can provide you with a login of your own - is it Sage Instant Accounts v14 youare using?
To get to the Demo data you shouldn't need a login but if you do it is normally MNAGER with no password.
Hope that helps

Do you want to add a border to the whole invoice - as in around the whole of the A4 sheet? (if so can't be done, you can however create boxes around sections.) Can't i...
