we are using sage 50 accounts on a single computer and we are now updating our system and getting a server can we put sage on this so other computers can access it

how can i export this report into a excel spreadsheet

hi new to sage we have sage 50 version 13.02 installed on a computer downstairs at work is there a way of accessing this from a computer networked upstairs at work.
hope some one can help and explain how to do this in easy terms
