REFUND INTO BANK ACCOUNT FROM A SUPPLIER

I PAID £1000 TO A SUPPLIER INVOICE AND 3 WEEKS LATER THEY HAVE REFUNDED ME £300.00 STRAIGHT BACK INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
