Thats amazing, thank you Bruce
I think I had tried so many different things, that I forgot to undo lots of them!
I have now made these changes to my report and it is working as expected.
Thank you

Re: Suppress Line unless qty remaining to despatch
Thanks Bruce The LIKE "M" was from the Sage webpage on how to use conditional formatting! Please find the .layout atatched. I have SOP_ITEM.QTY_ORDER - SOP_ITEM.QTY_DELIVERED as the first column, and it shows nothing for all rows, except the row that still needs 3 items despatching. This i...

Suppress Line unless qty remaining to despatch
Hi Bruce and all I am editing the Sales Order Report, and looking to create a report that only shows lines that are waiting for despatch. We use an external program (CIM50) to despatch our items - I am not sure if this affects things? Originally I used 'SOP_ITEM.QTY_ORDER - SOP_ITEM.QTY_DELIVERED = ...

Price List import NOT fixed price?
Hi All Is it possible to import products and prices into a price list in any other method than a fixed price? I have been using "decrease sales price by value" for most of the items in a price list, but cannot see a way to update this other than going in to each product individually. What ...

Re: Recreating Department P&L Report in Excel via ODBC
PS Whilst this happens to work for your specific circumstance I'd be inclined to convert the code to a number, either in your query or in your worksheet, and then base the SUMIFS on the numeric version of the code. Your previous > and < criteria would probably be OK then. I've just seen this, and y...

Re: Recreating Department P&L Report in Excel via ODBC
Good morning I have got a bit further with this, but my sumifs formula is falling down with the nominal codes =SUMIFS(Sheet1!$U:$U,Sheet1!$Q:$Q,0,Sheet1!$C:$C,">="&DATE(2022,1,1),Sheet1!$C:$C,"<="&DATE(2022,1,7),Sheet1!$E:$E,">"&4000,Sheet1!$E:$E,"<&quo...

Re: Recreating Department P&L Report in Excel via ODBC
Thank you Bruce What do you mean by "make a hash of the department and nominal code"? I have had a google, do you basically mean get a unique list of the department numbers and nominal codes? I've pulled the audit split and it is looking promising. I've made a pivot table by department and...
