Re: Sage 50 Cloud Accounts downgrade
If you remove it does the problem go away? Hi Ian, Yes it does. I've tried reducing the image quality, but it's already only at what I would class as 'acceptable' quality now. Just to put this into perspective, my image file is only 158KB and 300dpi. I could maybe understand if it was a massive hi-...

Thanks Bruce.
I feared that would be the case.

Sage 50 Cloud Accounts downgrade
Is it possible to downgrade from V29 to V28? Since updating from V28 to V28.1, we’ve had constant ‘out of memory’ errors when trying to export quotes or sales orders etc. Sage support suggested we update to V29 to fix the problem. It didn’t. They keep trying to blame it on Microsoft and/or the size ...

Re: Emailed Flag.
What version of Sage is this? Hi Bruce, Currently running V28.0.226. Pretty sure it's been like this on previous versions though. You say it's normal behaviour. Is that be design, or some sort of bug? I would expect it to update the emailed flag regardless of where the email send was triggered. Tha...

Emailed Flag.
Hi, When sending an invoice via email, I've noticed that the 'Emailed' flag is not being set to 'Yes', if you use the 'Email' option when viewing the report templates (not sure how best to describe it. It's the list of reports/favourites you see when you select 'Print' from the top menu). If you use...

BOM allocation.
Hi, Assuming you have a top level part with a BOM. Is there a way to allocate parts against that BOM so they don't show as free stock? We have a situation where some, but not all the BOM parts are available, so we can't do a stock transfer on the top level part (which will allocate all the BOM parts...

Re: Dynamic field positioning.
Hi Bruce, Thanks very much. That did the job nicely. Just to expand on this slightly. I did have an issue where I used this FormatString on a statement, and got the following error. The report could not be generated. No matching overload for function 'Sage.Expressions.DefaultLibraries.Aggregates.Sum...

Re: Dynamic field positioning.
Hi Bruce, That's fine with fixed currency, but I'm trying to have a single report that works with multi currency. If I use custom currency formatting, it fixes the report to a single currency symbol. If I just select 'Show as currency', with no custom formatting, it shows a currency symbol exactly w...

Dynamic field positioning.
Hi, Is there a way to have the position of a data field move dynamically based on the size of the adjacent field? I've got a currency symbol next to an invoice value. This looks fine when the invoice value is left justified, but not if right justified. I'd like the position of the currency symbol to...

Banking details on statement.
Hi, I'm running Sage 50 accounts UK V26 with Foreign Trader enabled. I would like to be able to display bank account and IBAN numbers on our statements, but based on the currency of the statement. E.g. Customer billed in GB pounds would only see our GBP bank account details on the statement. Custome...
