Thanks - I got as far as opening the report designer but I can't find "Tools" to get on to the next bit. Any ideas? Thanks

Sending pdf invoices
I want to send big batches of pdf invoices from my Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2012. At the moment I can only seem to send one at a time with me having to type in the e-mail address every time. (When I sent invoices previously - not as pdfs - they seemed to pick up the e-mail saved in the customer...

Embedded images separating on e-mail attachments
I e-mail all my invoices (Sage 18.1.0.20) but my embedded images separate out when I send by e-mail. This means my clients get the invoice and a separate image file which is a bit rubbish. How can I prevent the image from separating?
