We are connecting using Remote Desktop connection and had never any problems with speed except Sage is just disappearing now after we login

Yes - we are using Sage over a VPN - was working OK now not working

Is this a network installation or a single ...

I have downloaded the update suggested and installed it on the server Pc in question but to no avail - the problem is still occurring

However there is nothing in the drop down box to select from

It is not available to download from the Sage website

No I applied the latest hot fix version 70

Thought that this hot fix included all the latest other hot fixes

Hi I have applied the latest hotfix and updated to version 12.70 but sage is still disappearing after I login.

We had this problem before but our IT person at the time resolved it

He has since moved on .

What patch / hotfix no resolved this ?

We have a new problem with Sage.

After a user logins as normal Sage does not open as per usual but just disappears. We are using version 12

Any ideas

Cannot find any common cause

Some have Windows XP SP 1 others SP2

Some have Outlook 2003, 2002 and even 2007

Only common item is Sage v 12 Update 70

Still trying to resolve this problem - now on 4 computers.

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi

We have a problem with the Bank , Cashflow, Credit Control, Contacts.

As new contacts are added to the contact history they are not listed in the date order leaving it very confusing.

The same is also true for the contact history on the customer record.

Also the timer does not work properly ...

Have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook twice to try to resolve this problem but it is still happening - any more ideas ?????

I am getting max no companies allowed message when trying to create a new company in Sage Line 50.

This is the case even though there are only 6 companies in a 10-company licence.

How can I solve this ?
