Thanks Bruce
I'll give all those instructions a try and let you know what happens.
I HAD tried some of them after researching the problem online but nothing as comprehensive as you suggest!
Best regards
Peter

Hi Bruce. Sorry to trouble you with a trivial one but I'm hoping you can assist me with something. I am trying to move a version of Sage Accounts Professional 2009 Version 15.01.20.0191 to a more reliable computer away from one that is failing rapidly. Everything transfers as it should data-wise. Th...

Hi again Bruce I modified a statement layout some time ago to suit our company logo etc. including some graphics at the bottom and some other text enhancements. I have a colleague running the same version of Line 50 as we have - Version 15.01Sage Accounts Professional 2009. When I offered to do a si...

Re: Changing from POP3 to IMAP causing problems
Thanks for your response Bruce. I THINK I have a workaround now. I can get the statements to go the OLD drafts area which is all I need to be able to do to review them and edit the PDFs accordingly before sending them on their way then. When I DO send them they appear in the correct Sent Items folde...

Changing from POP3 to IMAP causing problems
Hi Bruce - once again I am in trouble and hoping you can assist as before. Thanks to your assistance previously I manage to get Sage Line 50 sending out individual statements perfectly. They went - ideally - to the drafts folder on my Outlook 2010 and from there I was able to either send out as they...

statements done in groups or individually
Hi there. I received some very valuable help in the past and was hoping somebody might help me sort a niggly problem with me emailing statements to customers. I am hoping that it may just be a simple setting that I am not aware of. With your help I have developed my statements to what I consider a v...

Re: Transaction Email
Hi Bruce - I'm afraid I don't know how to find that out.
Please explain the procedure if you could.
The "event log" within sage has no mention of it even when I lower the reporting down to "warnings".
Thanks
Peter.

Re: Printing Statements error
Hi Bruce. I downloaded and installed Report Designer Service Pack 1.3.2011.30 and installed it. I then downloaded Sage PDF Updater and installed that. It then allowed me to change the option for email to my default eMail - Outlook 2010. It's working even BETTER than it was because I no longer have t...

Re: Printing Statements error
Thanks Bruce "Sage PDF Driver Update" I presume? Is "v2009 - Statements, Letters & GDN Layouts" or anything else of any benefit while I am there? Any clue why Transaction eMail won't load for me or is it all tied to the same thing? As always - your help is greatly appreciated...
