Have had the same problems with the SGWebBrowser on my laptop and 2 out of 3 desktops networked at work. Although I use firefox i went into internet explorer and found a folder in favourites with an incorrect symbol in the name ( a square), Checked the items in the folder and moved them to a new one ...
